After posting the first video the cause stalking group(s) that I’m dealing with have significantly lowered the number of vehicles that I encounter in any one setting that are -missing a head light-. In other words I no longer see 3,4..10.. at a time, since posting that video. (They are at the moment going back to horn harassment.)
